Mental Coach Performance System

Silverfox's mental coaching system is designed to help our clients overcome their fears and achieve peak performance when they need it most.

Committed!

How does it work?

The first step will be to identify any obstacles you may be facing as well as your goals.

Following this, we meet regularly to discuss, plan, and learn about each individual's mental game, as well as to implement the game plan.

*Session frequency will vary from two to three days per week to a few days per month, depending on the individual’s demands and process.*

    Frequently Asked Questions.

    Is the first consultation free?

The first consultation will be an evaluation session, which is free of charge, and a plan of action is proposed or generated. It has a shorter duration than the traditional session. After that, sessions will have the regular cost.

Is there any possibility of sponsorship?

Sponsorships are very rarely granted and usually occur with clients who have previously worked with us. Our experience has shown us that when starting an improvement process without a specific cost for the client, the impact of the process is not the same and affects the final result.

How long can a process last?

Process times differ for each client, according to the objectives they have. A process can last only a few months if the objective is achieved or it can be prolonged indefinitely because different objectives are achieved over time. It will also depend on the frequency with which sessions or meetings are generated, as this can shorten or lengthen the process itself.

Is a sports psychology coaching process necessary because I have a mental problem?

Not at all, sports psychology or coaching processes, although they have the ability to solve problems, conflicts, or mental blocks, are mainly designed to enhance the qualities and further improve the talents or skills that the client already has. They help manage harmony with the different aspects and situations that influence a person's performance and thus teach and train the individual to perform at their full potential when they need it most.
